You did it, sister.

Your guide and bonuses are ready to download below. Welcome to The Womb Restoration Method.

Sister,

Thank you. Truly. Across countries and continents, you have chosen to listen to your body in a way that most women never give themselves permission to. That alone tells me something about who you are.

Below you will find your full guide and your two bonus gifts — all yours, forever. Take a moment to download them now to your phone or laptop. Then close the screen, make yourself a cup of warm tea, and begin slowly. Read the letter first. The herbs can wait.

Wherever you are reading this from — Accra, Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, Douala, or further afield — be gentle with yourself. The body is slow. Let it learn.

With love,
Mama Adaeze (a voice for the women who came before us)

Saving your guides — a few practical tips

  1. Save them now. Tap each download button above. On your phone, the PDF will save to your Files app. On a laptop, check your Downloads folder.
  2. Keep a backup. Email yourself a copy, or save them to Google Drive. That way you'll have them forever, even if you change phones.
  3. Check your email too. A backup email with the same download links is on its way to the address you used at checkout. If you don't see it within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder.
  4. Print the cheat sheet. The one-page summary in The Cycle Protocol is designed to be printed and stuck on your fridge. Many women find that one page changes everything.
  5. Look for your local herb names. Each herb chapter in The Cycle Protocol includes a "Local names" row across Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Swahili, Twi, and Cameroon English/French — useful when you're shopping at your local market or speaking with an elder in the family.

How to Begin

Don't try to read everything tonight. Begin gently.

1
Read the Letter to the Reader first.

You'll find it in the front of The Cycle Protocol — just one page. Let the words settle before you read anything else.

2
Find your starting day in your own cycle.

If your period is here now, you'll begin with Phase 1 (Reset) tomorrow morning. If you're mid-cycle, find the phase that matches your day count and begin there. Phase 4 (Pre-Flow) is the most important phase — don't skip it.

3
Start with one herb. Just one.

Most women find ginger tea the easiest first step. A cup in the morning. That's all. Add the second herb after a full cycle. Steadiness over intensity.

4
Track honestly.

The cycle tracker in the Companion Tools section of The Cycle Protocol only takes 60 seconds a day. Three cycles of tracking will show you patterns you didn't know existed.
